We have a large collection of innovative plans in many sizes and styles. You may find a plan that you like just as it is. Possibly you may wish to have a house custom drawn. Our head designer will be glad to meet with you and design your home from site analysis to final plan.

There are several revisions that can be done easily. Depending on the location or shape of your lot, you may need the house to be built mirror image of the way is shown here, so that the driveway and garage will be on the other side. This is a revision that does not take much time and the cost is minimal. Some houses that do not already show a bonus room can have the bonus room added over the garage if you desire. Some houses are not suited to adding a bonus room, so please ask if you are interested. If you like a plan, but you need more square footage, our head designer will find a way to add space to the house plan of your choice. If you like a floor plan but want the front of the house to be a different style, that is also a change that can be made.
